The currency exchange rates provided in the App are obtained from ExchangeRate-API and are for informational purposes only.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the exchange rates displayed. Users should verify exchange rates through their financial institutions before making any financial decisions.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• The App will meet your requirements
• The App will be free of viruses or other harmful components

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Swap Currency Converter, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
